Job Roles and Responsibilities
- To ensure the design, purchase and installation of assets with appropriate monitoring and management throughout their life cycle. Leveraging maintenance performance indicator, shape maintenance programmes by providing technical input to maximise asset utilization.
- To manage technical team to provide service to Betaine department, and through continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and technology, ensure effective performance by technician through appropriate training to deliver equipment to meet required production plans and all standard for safety, health and environment.
- Responsible for SHE and Process Safety of UOI Operation in Unit Surfactant and Specialties, and ensuring as 1st priority.
- Ensuring UOI Surfactant and Specialties meeting SHE , Process Safety, Regulation compliance, Quality requirement, site security, ensuring zero tolerance and incident free operation.
- Responsible on factory service levels, efficiencies, quality compliance, OSHE compliance and cost compliance.
- Lead employee relation and ensuring high engagement levels in unit.
- Coordinate, provide work direction and oversee the implementation of the below sections activity in order to improve efficiency in its part.
- Arrange the schedule of maintenance of machinery, equipment, and production facilities so that the production process can run smoothly and ensure plant reliability.
- Supervise the implementation of periodic inspection and maintenance of repairs to machinery or production equipment and utility in betaine plant.
- Oversee the implementation of recording of expenditure expenses incurred by the implementation of maintenance and repair activities.
- Seeking more cost-efficient ways of reducing and working methods.
- Maintain work discipline and assess the performance of his subordinates regularly.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Ensure the all activity conducted by requirement of quality, food safety, environment, occupational health and safety.
- Having strong passion in maintenance.
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills.
- Have highly integrity, honestly, highly motivation, highly analytical, has strong problem solving skill, good self interpersonal and can work personally or team.
- Have strong leadership skills and able to lead a big team.
- Have knowledge in occupational health and safety.
- Can use English well by writing or speaking.
